Where do you ship to?

We ship to any address in Israel. 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Standard shipping is $11.95 flat rate for orders under $150.

Expedited shipping may be available. Please contact us to coordinate this service. 

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping generally takes up to 5 business days (not including Friday + Shabbat), though we endeavor to get it to you much faster than that. Orders to faraway or rural locations (i.e. Maale Gilboa, Tzfat, Retamim, Hodayot, ) may take extra time.

We ask you to indicate your preferred delivery date in the cart. This date gives us an indication of when you arrive but is not a guaranteed delivery date.

For orders to programs, yeshivas and seminaries before the onset of the school year, we coordinate delivery directly with the program so your order is waiting for you on arrival.

*Please note that orders to the Old City are only delivered to the actual program address at the beginning of the year, prior to the students' arrival. Deliveries after the students' arrival in Israel will be coordinated directly with the customer and require the customer to meet our driver at a nearby location, generally outside Zion Gate.
