📦 Finding Your Pack for Israel Package When You Arrive
Welcome! Your Pack for Israel order will already be waiting for you when you arrive at your program, dorm or school. Watch this one-minute video to see exactly how to find your packages.
Understand the Package Label
Every package is labeled with the student's name. If your order shipped in multiple packages, each one will also show the total number of packages in that order (for example, Package 1/3, Package 2/3, and Package 3/3). Make sure you collect every package before leaving.
Also remember that not every package is a box. Some items, such as storage drawers or egg crate mattress toppers, have the shipping label attached directly to the item.
Here's what a typical label looks like:
The two most important things to look for are:
- Your name, so you know the package belongs to you.
- The number of packages, so you know how many packages to collect before leaving.
Placed more than one order? Each order has its own package count. For example, you might have one order labeled Package 1/2 and Package 2/2, plus another order labeled Package 1/1. Make sure you collect the packages from every order.
Frequently Asked Questions
I found one package with my name. Am I done?
Not necessarily. Check the bottom of the label. If it says Package 1/3, 2/3, or similar, you'll need to collect every package in that series before leaving.
What if I can only find 2 of my 3 packages?
Take another look nearby, as packages aren't always stacked together. Also keep in mind that not every item is packed in a box. For example, storage drawers or egg crate mattress toppers may have a shipping label attached directly to the item. If you're still missing a package, speak to your madrich/madricha or the school office before leaving the pickup area.
What if I placed more than one order?
The package count only applies to each individual order. If you placed multiple orders, each order will have its own package count. For example, you might have one order labeled Package 1/2 and Package 2/2, and a second order labeled Package 1/1.
- First, speak to your madrich/madricha or the school office. They often know where packages have been placed or whether additional deliveries are expected.
