If you have not received an email from us confirming your purchase, please let us know immediately via our contact form with your full name and shipping address, and we will help to sort this out quickly. 

Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we suggest you check them before contacting us.

If you need to make a change to or cancel an order please contact us. If there is more than a week before your delivery date, there is no problem making a change. If there is less than a week before your delivery date, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel your order. 

YES! We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Our flat rate shipping is $11.95 for orders under $150.

Our collection ships only to Israel.

We coordinate delivery date and time to seminaries, yeshivas and other programs directly with the institution (at the start of the program). 

For orders during the school year and to private addresses, we generally process your order within 24 hours of receipt. This can be delayed on weekends and holidays, or by other unforeseen circumstances. 

Standard shipping generally takes up to 10 days and we do our best to get the orders out much sooner than that!
